In Rotterdam, the NEDS arms fair is a driver of border violence, a tax drain on housing, a climate bomb, and a funder of global repression. Militarization fueld by US imperialism is where housing, health, labour, climate, Palestinian, and oppressed diaspora struggles meet. After an introduction to our work as VeTo, we will go into discussion about the necessity of building a strong anti-imperialist, anti-militarist coalition in the Netherlands uniting our movements. We explore how to build organizational capacity based on shared values, goals, and infrastructures that can scale up to shut down the war machine.
